With over two decades of leadership across global technology and nonprofit ecosystems, Raquel has built and scaled some of the world’s most complex partner networks. At Salesforce, she sourced and co-led $80M in alliance deals; at Oracle, she integrated PeopleSoft’s ecosystem into the Oracle Partner Network. Today, she helps executives orchestrate channels, incentives, and adoption to accelerate launches and sustained market expansion.

→ Organizations navigating channel complexity after M&A or restructuring
→ Executives seeking to scale through partnerships and alliances

→ Businesses shifting from direct sales to ecosystem-led or subscription-based models
→ Organizations engaging fractional leadership to operationalize go-to-market strategies and accelerate adoption
IBM PARTNER PROGRAM INTEGRATION
Global Cohesion from Regional Complexity
Following IBM's acquisition of Lotus, Raquel led the first integration of their partner programs across Asia Pacific—designing a unified framework that elevated performance, streamlined incentives, and accelerated revenue. The initiative became IBM's benchmark for partner-network excellence, later replicated worldwide and cited internally as a model for post-merger market alignment.
E2COMMUNICATIONS – FINANCIAL SECTOR PARTNERSHIPS
From DTC Platform to B2B Engine
At e2Communications, a direct-to-consumer email platform, Raquel realized exponential growth required shifting from one-to-one sales to one-to-many distribution. She partnered with major financial institutions, embedding e2's solution within their small-business platforms. By leveraging the banks' existing client networks, she unlocked mass-market access and created mutual value.
ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR NETWORK (ZIN) PROGRAM
From Community Passion to Premium Value
Managing the 250,000-member ZIN program, Raquel identified a missed opportunity: exclusive warm-up and cool-down music carried high perceived value but no monetization structure. After analyzing adoption data and pricing elasticity, she introduced a value-based subscription model. Over 70% of members opted in, converting an underleveraged benefit into a profitable revenue stream.
ORACLE PARTNER NETWORK INTEGRATION
Restoring Order After M&A Chaos
Raquel led the integration of over ten overlapping partner programs—products of an aggressive M&A cycle that left Oracle with fragmented channels and misaligned incentives. By unifying legacy ecosystems from major acquisitions like PeopleSoft and Siebel, she established a single global framework for compensation, certification, and communication—transforming operational chaos into cohesive performance.
