Paolo led a horizontal AI adoption initiative with AMGEN Colombia, designed to move beyond isolated use cases and embed AI across functions. Starting locally, he aligned data, analytics, and decision frameworks across marketing, commercial, and operational teams—creating a shared adoption model rooted in real business decisions.
